Johnny Storm fully ablaze, arms outstretched, rendered in gold and orange flame against a deep purple shimmer field that catches light like crushed glass. It’s a genuinely striking colour pairing — the warm flame against cold purple is one of the better-looking combinations in the whole rainbow.
Numbered 61/75. The Purple Shimmer falls at roughly 1 in 99 hobby packs, and with 75 copies worldwide it sits in the scarcer half of the parallel structure.
Human Torch is a founding member of the Fantastic Four, and Marvel’s First Family have had a strong run of attention recently — which feeds directly into demand for FF singles. Johnny in particular pulls from both team collectors and people building character rainbows.
