Mukasa is one of the more credible names on this checklist. Newham-born, England youth international through to U19, he made his senior Manchester City debut in September 2025 and set up Phil Foden’s opener. A January loan to Leicester brought 2 goals and 3 assists in 15 Championship appearances, and City rewarded him with a contract extension to 2030 rather than letting him go. He’s spending 2026/27 on loan at West Ham United — back at the club where he came through as a schoolboy, and in line for genuine Premier League minutes.
That’s the case for this card in one sentence: a numbered rookie of a City-contracted teenager who is about to get top-flight game time. Rookie cards get priced on what happens next, and for Mukasa “next” is this season.
