When you order we collect your name, delivery address, email and order details. Payment is handled by Shopify and card details never reach us.
If you allow analytics we also collect anonymous browsing data such as which pages you viewed and what device you used.
Why we collect it
To take payment, pack and post your order, handle returns, and answer questions about an order.
With your consent, to understand which products people look at so we know what to stock, and to show relevant ads.
Who we share it with
Shopify, who run this shop and process payments. Royal Mail and any courier we use to deliver your order. Nobody else, and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years because HMRC requires it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data expires automatically.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
